I have been going on a diet for the past few months but I cannot say I have been successful as I have barely lost any real significant poundage from me and honesty, it is quite tiring and a bit depressing if you work out so hard but get no results as you expected. Every since I learned how to play traditional poker, I have been excited every time I get a chance to play the game.
